REALITY CHECKS  Love Therapy I asked a friend, why do you love a lady and he responded, because she’s beautiful and smart. I taught about it for a while. I asked him again, what if you wake up one morning and her beauty and smartness is no more, what would you do? I found it funny when people tell me they love someone because of their outward appearance or what they can do.   A Reality Check: How a Challenge Changed My Life * I love it when people challenge me, not on a bad note, but on a good basis. One challenge that stands out in my mind is when my spiritual father told me he wanted my grades to change souls into the kingdom. Those words struck a chord in me, and I took it personal. At the time, I was in senior high school, and I didn't get the grades I wanted. But I knew that greater things awaited me ahead. When I got to university, I started engaging in serious academic studies with the mindset that my grades would change someone.
